Preparation of request for quotations and tenders, bid evaluations and award recommendations for equipment, materials, services and construction contracts.
Plan and ensure efficient and timely follow-up of suppliers during the fabrication cycle.
Use of International service providers to monitor fabricators, in a cost effective approach, all expediting and quality surveillance activities.
Evaluation, Implementation and execution of optimized logistics solutions based on geographical location and other project requirements
Inventory management and coordination of timely construction requirements.
Resolution of non-conformances
Follow up and management of construction contracts including work progress, monthly invoices, extra work negotiations, schedule, modifications and contract close out.
Claim negotiations as applicable
LNA can act either as the Clients agent/representative on specific projects or complement a Client's existing internal Procurement Management group to help with work fluctuations or with projects of unusual size or complexity.
