- Construction planning & scheduling
- Contract content optimization
- Cost analysis & trending
- Site management
- Management and co-ordination of all contractors
- Management of the procurement activities offsite and onsite
- Management of the day-to-day construction execution for the plant and port facility.
- Safety implementation and coordination on site
