Project description

The Bloom Lake Project is the first major iron ore project in Eastern Canada since the 1970s.

During the Phase 1, LNA was required to manage all site construction activities for the construction of an iron ore processing plant with a capacity of 8 million tonnes of concentrate.

A team of engineers and technicians were mobilized on-site to launch our Quick Project Recovery Task Force (QPRTF) procedure and provide the Construction Management and Project Control for the entire site, from the gyratory crusher up to the concentrated storage and load-out facilities including the tailings infrastructure and all related services.

Contract development and preparation for Civil, structural, mechanical & piping construction works.

Responsible for the planning, contract preparation, tender analysis, negotiations and recommendations, field supervision and verification of all contract changes and approval

Start-up

Implication of the constructability for the phases of execution.
